About Us
Founded in 2020, in Cyprus, with a mission to excel in Mergers and Acquisitions, Diastron initially concentrated on the healthcare and dialysis markets in Eastern Europe.
Leveraging partnerships with world-renowned equipment manufacturers and in-depth sector expertise, we pursued a buy-and-build strategy, securing over €200M in private equity financing to acquire and scale private dialysis clinics in Western Europe. While an acquihire in 2023 concluded this chapter, it set the stage for our evolution into a dynamic, multi-service firm.
In 2024, Diastron reinvented itself, channelling decades of collective experience in M&A, financial consulting, and business structuring into new opportunities. Our pivot toward the Employer of Record (EoR) market in Serbia has enabled international companies to effortlessly establish and manage teams, unlocking operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
